ÁLO is a fine-dining restaurant, a cocktail bar and a premium hookah lounge that flow into one another over the course of an evening.
Arrive early for dinner in the dining room, where the kitchen pairs the flavors of the Mediterranean coast with American classics. Move to the bar for a cocktail as the lights drop, then settle into the lounge for a slow bowl and good company. Stay for the DJ.

From the kitchen
Executive Chef [Chef Name] leads the kitchen at ÁLO after years at the helm of Brasserie Circa, one of Macon's most respected dining rooms.
The menu moves between the Mediterranean and the American steakhouse: chicken and tenderloin kabobs marinated in saffron, lemon and herbs, house-made hummus with warm pita, then bone-in ribeye, filet mignon and surf and turf finished with garlic-herb butter. Blackened grouper comes over saffron rice or creamy Parmesan pasta, and the double smash burger is there for the nights that call for one.
The lounge
Hookah at ÁLO is prepared tableside by a dedicated lounge team, with premium tobacco, natural coconut coals and glassware kept polished between every service. Fruit heads are carved to order and coals are refreshed for as long as you stay.

Amethyst Saturdays
The full ÁLO night: dinner, cocktails, hookah and a guest DJ from Atlanta or beyond, with last call at 2 AM.
Sunday
Sunset Sundays
R&B and soul sets from 6, hookah specials from 4, and the kitchen open until 10.
Private events & bottle service
ÁLO hosts birthdays, engagement dinners, corporate gatherings and full buyouts. The private dining room seats 24 for a seated dinner, the lounge holds 80 for a reception, and the whole venue welcomes 200.
Every event comes with a dedicated host, a custom menu from the kitchen and hookah service if you want it. Tell us the occasion and we will build the night around it.

In north Macon, a short drive from downtown and I-75. Complimentary self-parking in our lot; valet on Friday and Saturday nights.
Hours
The kitchen serves dinner until 10 PM (11 PM on Friday and Saturday). A late-night lounge menu follows. Parties of eight or more, please call ahead.
21 and over
ÁLO is a 21+ venue. A valid physical ID is required at the door for every guest.
Dress code
Upscale attire after 9 PM. No athletic wear, sleeveless shirts, hats or flip-flops in the lounge.
Reservations
Recommended every night and essential on Friday and Saturday. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Bottle service
Booths and sections are reserved with a card on file and a minimum spend that applies toward your bill.
